I am part of the refugees.ai project, which works alongside refugee resettlement agencies to improve resettlement processes using matching theory.

I have worked on several applied projects with the Centre for Market Design (CMD) at the University of Melbourne, including:

– created a spreadsheet for the Australian Commonwealth Treasury’s graduate program. It is used every year to assign graduates to their final position within Treasury. (Please note that all names in the spreadsheet provided are fictitious.)

– published a general-audience article in Pursuit – the University of Melbourne’s online platform – about some of my research and its applications.

– gave a lecture about matching markets in Australia as part of the Victorian Competition and Efficiency Commission’s Executive Education Program.

– presented a public policy seminar at the Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria, about matching theory and its applications. [slides]
